Service Department



We congratulate Danny Edwards for the successful completion of the Ducati Level III Technician Certification! He is factory trained for Ducati, Triumph, and factory trained for Victory. He also recently completed Polaris factory training in Salt Lake, UT as well. Danny also has many years of experience with knowledge and training in all of our brands.

 

 

 

MARIO SANCHEZ is our newest addition to So Cal Motorcycles Service Department.  Mario is one of those rare gems any service department is proud to have. He has been a motorcycle enthusiast for well over 25 years. Dirt, street, or track, plus years of professional racing experience, Mario has done everything. Currently he is certified by Ducati, Triumph, Victory, Kawasaki, Moto Guzzi, and Suzuki.

Please help us welcome Mario to our Service Department!

 


We would like to welcome Alan Mottes to our service department as our new service writer. Alan has over 35 years of motorcycle riding and off-road experience, and has owned 39 bikes. His enthusiasm has spread across the desert, street, and the supermoto track.  He has been a technician, machinist, fabricator, service writer, warranty administrator, service manager, and salesperson in the powersports industry for over a decade. We are very excited with this addition to our service department.

Contact one of our friendly Service Staff to arrange for service or accessory installation. Visiting in person or calling is the best way to get a hold of us! If your matter isn't pressing, you can also contact us via email.

Scheduling Options
We have a few options for fitting your bike into our line up:

First Come / First Serve Saturdays - We've been servicing bikes for customers while they wait on Saturdays for the past TEN years! Anything under a few hours of work can be done while you wait. We open @ 9:30AM. When entering the dealership parking lot, make a right in front of the Ducati building and there is a blue curb marked for service customers.

Drop off - Bigger service or other job? Drop your bike off any time, no appointment required. Turn around is approximately 2-3 days on average, but may fluctuate according to parts ordering or busier times of the year.

Appointments - As available. Call our Service Department to work out a time during the week to come in. We always try to accommodate customers coming from far distances.

(RIP d. May 28, 2010)THANK YOU, Eric, for your years of hard work, love, and friendship here in our family at Southern California Motorcycles over the past 10 years. You will be missed!
Eric is Level Two and Desmosedici RR factory-trained for Ducati, Triumph, and Victory and recently won "National Best Technician - 2008" from Ducati North America. Eric has many years of extensive motorcycle, racing, and Ducati-specific experience, knowledge, and training, including the 2008 Ducati Desmosedici D16RR-specific training course available only through Ducati in Italy.
